Privacy policy

We collect account details, selected location, profile data, contact requests, messages and operational payment records to run and protect the service. Phone numbers and email addresses are not shown to the other party by default. Teacher documents remain private. Trusted hosting providers may process data outside Saudi Arabia according to service settings. Users may request correction, deletion or objection through Privacy and Complaints. After a deletion request, data is retained for three months before deletion or anonymization, except for legal, accounting or dispute needs.
